Alkaline Cleaners
SP Series:

Spray Washer The SP Series Cleaners are generally mildly alkaline, non-foaming cleaners ideally suited for use in high-pressure spray washers. Advanced corrosion protection technology is formulated into this series of cleaners. These formulations may eliminate the need for separate or additional corrosion protection processes subsequent to cleaning of ferrous and non-ferrous parts. The SP cleaners are oil-rejecting and excellent for the removal of coolants, machining fluids, and honing oils from machined metal surfaces.
SP-200 Series:   SP-700 Series:
Designed for cleaning polished machined steel parts such as camshafts and crankshafts. SP-200 Series cleaners are formulated to leave no solid residues that may interfere with electronic gauging operations. Evaporated residues are clear, mobile and liquid.   Effectively prevents corrosion and staining of aluminum parts such as engine blocks, heads and transmission parts. This cleaner series is phosphate-free, contains no silicates, nitrites, chelating agents or volatile organic materials. Evaporated residues are soft and dry.
     
SP-800 Series:   SP-2200 Series:
These are highly alkaline, phosphate-free, silicated cleaners. They effectively clean aluminum, steel, brass or galvanized surfaces in high-pressure spray washers and in dip or soak operations.   This cleaner series contains phosphates and effectively prevents corrosion and staining of ferrous metal surfaces. These cleaners have been shown to defoam washers contaminated with foaming metalworking coolants. Surfaces cleaned with the SP-2200 Series do not exhibit water spotting.
     
SP-5900 Series:    
Mildly alkaline, phosphate-free cleaners designed for cleaning ferrous and non-ferrous metals. When used in washers operating at ambient temperatures, it will not stain aluminum. Evaporated residues are clear, soft and liquid.    

Maintenance Cleaners

Floor Scrubber Producto Chemicals offers a full line of general-purpose maintenance cleaners. These multi-purpose products are available for virtually every need and application from mopping floors and washing down walls to heavy-duty industrial cleaning of grease, oil and shop dirt.

Caustic Cleaners

This product line offers a series of multi-purpose chelated caustic cleaning compounds. These products are effective in removing a variety of soils from iron and steel and are effective in the removal of rust from steel. This family of non-silicated, non-phosphated, heavy-duty alkaline cleaners also contains additives to minimize flash rust on cleaned and derusted parts.


Tumbling Compounds

Producto formulates a full line of high-detergency products for vibratory burnishing and tumbling of steel or aluminum parts. These products are suitable for use with steel or ceramic media. Offering excellent suspension and dispersion of metal fines, these products are also designed to impart corrosion protection to various metals.

Corrosion Inhibitors
RI Series:

Producto Chemicals' corrosion inhibitors are water-based formulations designed for the prevention of rust on cast iron and steel parts during storage and shipment. This product series is excellent for both in-process and long-term storage of metal parts.
Light Duty:   Medium Duty:
These products are especially suited for use on exhaust manifolds. They will not cause smoke from engine or manifold surfaces when the engine is put into service and will provide excellent short-term corrosion protection while leaving a clear, thin evaporation film that does not affect the appearance or characteristics of most plastics or painted surfaces.   These synthetic products consist of blends of organic and inorganic rust inhibitors for use in washer rinse stages where finished parts may be subjected to long-term storage or extended shipment.
     
Heavy Duty:    
Designed for long-term indoor and oudoor storage of metal parts. May be applied in spray or dip operations. These products may be diluted with water in any proportion and can be used to treat wet parts.
